Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Writingpens.org Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Writingpens.org accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. |

Purchase Orders
We accept company and government purchase orders subject to an evaluation of credit quality. We can give you a quick reply as to whether or not we will accept your purchase order. Government agencies, hospitals, and nationally known organizations will receive immediate approval for purchase orders. We do not accept verbal purchase orders or internal purchase requisitions.
When placing a purchase order we ask that you mail or fax us a copy of your company's official purchase order. Our fax number is 702-564-2798.
Our standard terms are Net 30.

International Orders
We accept international orders. Please note that shipping costs for international orders can vary wildly from country to country. For international orders greater than $500.00 U.S. we prefer to receive payment in advance using a bank/wire transfer or check drawn on U.S. funds. When purchasing with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover please keep in mind that if your account is not drawn on U.S. funds you may be charged a currency conversion fee. You will need to contact your bank to find out what this fee is. It usually ranges anywhere between 1% to 3% of the total credit card transaction. The receiver is ultimately responsible for paying any duties when the products are imported. | |
