The Thunderbird Space Pen is all metal, with a side button mechanism. Contains a SPR4 Black Ink, Medium Point Refill. The Thunderbird Pencil is all metal, with a twist-action mechanism to release the pencil lead. Both pens are gift boxed.

The Fisher Space Pen with it's pilot-designed "gripping knob" allows easy removal and replacement from the small, lower leg pocket of the pilot's flight suit. Used by members of the United States Thunderbirds.
